The Hard Hat: 21 Ways to Be a Great Teammate was an exceptional book which talks about the model teammate. The author enjoyed the exceptional leadership that this great teammate exuded in every aspect of his friend George’s life. Then, George, the perfect teammate died in a freak accident. The Hard Hat is a symbolic item which reminds the team of George’s legacy as they face the challenge of the loss of their teammate’s life. The Hard Hat takes the reader through how the team faced this hardship and highlights 21 ways George demonstrated his greatness.
