Combining extraordinary memory and skill can lead to impressive feats. Marcell Endrey dominated the 3×3 blindfolded cube competition -solving in 28.80 seconds. It appears after examining his record that he is dominant in the 3×3 and the 4×4 records. What strikes me as exceptionally impressive is his ability to combine his memory skill with the ability to interpret and solve the Rubik’s cube puzzles.
If you are looking to break into the ranks of the World Cube Association take a look at the regulations. Maybe you’ve already mastered the 3x3x3 cube and looking for a bit more challenge. No worries you can warm up then move on to the 4x4x4, 5x5x5 (get yours via the image below), 6x6x6 or even the 7x7x7. Take a look at the rest of the Zonhoven Open offerings.
