I made this video of CJCS Gen. Martin E. Dempsey’s Commencement Speech at Norwich University, May 2012. 

I enjoyed reading through this inspirational speech toward an Uncommon Life and to Start Delivering but obviously found a flaw in our current Chairman… he’s a Yankee Fan.  Well, as he notes…everyone has a flaw and this is his.  I’ll forgive a bit of it since he has achieved Duke Alumnus status.
