Brain Changer was the thirteenth book of 2016, which I enjoyed.

Brain Changer: How Harnessing Your Brain’s Power to Adapt Can Change Your Life was a great additional follow up book after What Makes Your Brain Happy.  It reviews different ways to change your life through minor daily hacks to higher order behavior modifications to accomplish a specific goal.  I found this quite enjoyable to increase my personal awareness of what my routines are and how they support my goals. Brain Changer definitely improved upon the previous work of What Makes your Brain Happy.
